Expertise
International perspective. Evidence from the field.
Aligned with standards.
Focused on implementation.
We translate project evidence into social assessments, stakeholder engagement plans, resettlement and livelihood plans, and monitoring documentation against applicable international standards.
Social Impact Assessment (SIA)
We systematically identify a project’s positive and negative impacts on individuals, households, and communities. We develop practical measures to avoid, mitigate, and manage impacts while placing the needs of vulnerable groups at the center of the process.
Resettlement Action Plan (RAP)
We assess the physical and economic displacement impacts of land acquisition. By planning eligibility, compensation, relocation support, consultation, and implementation processes, we aim to protect or improve the living standards of affected people.
Livelihood Restoration Plan (LRP)
We develop measures to restore and strengthen the livelihoods of people whose income or productive opportunities are affected by a project. Solutions are tailored to local conditions, individual skills, and sustainable income opportunities.
Stakeholder Engagement Plan (SEP)
We identify parties affected by or interested in the project and design information and engagement methods suited to their needs. We integrate transparent, accessible, and continuous communication with an effective grievance mechanism throughout the project life cycle.
Monitoring and Evaluation
We track the performance of commitments, management plans, and improvement measures through measurable indicators. Findings are incorporated into decision-making through regular reports, corrective actions, and independent evaluations.
Gender Impact Assessment
We analyze how project impacts differ for women, men, and diverse social groups. We develop inclusive measures that reduce inequalities and safety risks while strengthening equitable access to resources and opportunities.
Qualitative and Quantitative Data Analysis
We evaluate data from surveys, interviews, focus groups, and other field studies using appropriate analytical methods. We turn findings into comparable indicators and clear conclusions, providing a reliable information base for planning, decision-making, and reporting.
Field Research Studies (SIA, RAP, LRP)
We collect qualitative and quantitative data to understand the social structure, affected people and groups, livelihoods, and potential risks in the project area. Household surveys, focus groups, in-depth interviews, and field observations provide a reliable evidence base for SIA, RAP, and LRP studies.
